At Faustine Furniture our goal is to provide excellent service for each and every one of your purchases.

 

You Have 4 Delivery Options Available: 

1. Long Beach, CA Showroom Pickup:

  • We offer a 5% discount on your purchase for coming in-person to pick up your order at our showroom & warehouse in Long Beach, CA.
    Available Mon-Fri 9:30AM- 4:30PM.

2. Direct Door Delivery:

  • Delivery Professionals will place orders in front of the door or to the nearest dry threshold.
  • An authorized individual must be on site during the delivery window to receive, sign, and immediately inspect all items with the Delivery Professional.

3. Room of Choice Delivery:

  • Delivery Professionals will bring your order to the preferred room of choice.
  • This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your items.
  • Please note that our Delivery Professionals are not authorized to move existing furniture or pieces in your home. To facilitate a smooth delivery, please ensure that the space where your product is going is clear and the items will fit through all access points.
  • An authorized individual must be on site during the delivery window to receive, sign, and immediately inspect all items with the Delivery Professional.

4. White Glove Delivery:

  • White Glove Professionals will deliver your purchase to the room of choice, assemble product(s) if necessary on site, and remove all packaging debris.
  • Please note that our Delivery Professionals are not authorized to move existing furniture or pieces in your home. To facilitate a smooth delivery, please ensure that the space where your product is going is clear and the items will fit through all access points.
  • An authorized individual must be on site during the delivery window to receive, sign, and immediately inspect all items with the Delivery Professional.

    Defects & Damaged Goods:

    • In the unlikely event that there is a defect or damage on any product during the time of delivery, Faustine Furniture will replace this item or schedule a repair by a service technician based on the assessment of the imperfection. This will be executed at no extra charge if claim is made at point of delivery with the Delivery Professional and images of damage are provided to info@faustinefurniture.com within 24 hours of making the claim.
    • Claims made after signing off with the Delivery Professional will result in additional fees and charges.
