1. 50% down payment due upon placing order. Total balance due upon order landing in Los Angeles.
2. Lead times begin once design and shop drawings are signed off.
3. For COM/COL orders the lead time begins once the last fabric is received by our manufactures.
4. Client is responsible for shipping from Port of Los Angeles to final destination.
